Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. This role will translate complex business, technical, and data challenges into clear business requirements, user stories, and practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to identify challenges and develop technology and data-driven solutions.
Serve as a liaison between business, IT, data, project management, QA, vendors, and leadership.
Lead requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and user story development.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
Identify process improvements, root causes, and opportunities to improve system and data interoperability.
Support enterprise integrations, governance, strategic planning, and digital transformation initiatives.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with technical and executive audiences.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Consultant, or similar role.
Strong experience in business analysis, problem-solving, requirements gathering, and user story creation.
Experience managing relationships with multiple business and technical stakeholders.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Highly Desired

Understanding of SDLC and experience with Azure DevOps.
Experience gathering and documenting requirements in a Salesforce environment.
Experience collaborating with business and technical teams on Salesforce initiatives.
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
